Towson Fire units are on scene at 800 Southerly Road, where a window washer is suspended from his harness at around the 10th floor of a high-rise. County PD aviation is also on scene, my guess is to protect the scene from being inundated by news helicopters.

The Baltimore metro area only has 2 news stations with helicopters, so it's unlikely the area would become overwhelmed with news helicopters. The actual reason that County Police Aviation would respond would be two-fold: 1. Aerial observation of the incident, and 2. the BCoFD Advanced Tactical Rescue team works in concert with BCoPD Aviation for high-angle rescues, hoist operations, and high-rise insertion/extraction rescue operations.

The BCoPD has no jurisdiction over airspace for enforcement purposes.
