Bankers hall Tri-services down?

Is the Bankers hall tower for fire ems and police down.

I'm not getting any signal from it right now and every once an a while I see the ID 0016 cue up with nothing. I see forest lawn is in use a lot 100% signal from it.?! Any ideas?

The control channel seems to have moved to 866.5375 (the first backup). There's been interference lately - maybe the system auto-moved it to avoid some noise. If so, it'll move back on its own eventually.
