They're still on 158.745. I'm originally from Banning and go home to visit the family almost every other weekend. You're probably just too far away.

In Moreno Valley I can hear Banning PD and that isn't very far from you. It is possible some of those mountains near by could be blocking the signal from Redland. The Banning PD signal seems to get some interference that sounds like someone else keying up on top of them. This may have something to do with the MSJC colleges using their freq because I drive by the Menifee campus I get close call hits on 158.745 and 153.965. Also Vernon PD from Los Angeles County uses the same freq and so does Corona Fire for one of their tacs.
