New to the Bay County area.

I have a SDS100. Are Bay County agencies encrypted? Are they P25 or conventional?

Same question for FHP.

Thank you!

Every talkgroup ID'ed as mode "T" or mode "D" is in the clear. Full encryption is denoted by mode "TE" or "DE". Partial encryption would be lowercase "e" as in "Te" or "De" or in case of P25 conventional, P25E (full encryption) or P25e (partial encryption)

FHP is fully encrypted as is indicated in the database:

Florida Highway Patrol (FHP)

Statewide Law Enforcement Radio System (EDACS)
EDACS Extended Addressing w/ESK
FHP operates on SLERS and is unmonitorable by any modern scanner.

I noticed a few weeks ago when I was visiting the old stomping grounds I lived at and notice some are using D & TDMA. I thought all went to TDMA by now.
