Need a recommendation for software to program my scanner. Easy to understand and inexpensive would be nice. Any ideas? Thanks

I used ARC246 and I paid 20$ for it. Works like a charm. It's quite easy to understand and it is much easier to program my 246t then by hand. I got used to it verry fast.
