BC780XLT to PC w/o serial port?

I have a Dell PC that is about 1 1/2 years old, and it does not have a serial port on it. I'm thinking that I'll convert a USB port to Serial for my BC780XLT, but I'm not exactly sure which cable to buy.

Is something like this what I'm looking for?

Pardon my ignorance. I don't even have my BC780XLT in hand yet (it is on the way)

Yes that USB cable should work fine.
