BCD325P2/BCD996P2: BCD996P2 ID Scan vs ID Search

Good evening.

I have my uniden BCD996P2 all programed and setup. I know the differance between ID Scan and Id Search. Will scanner slow down if I have it setup to be on ID search vs ID Scan.

The answer is no, the only difference in scanning speed is if it finds something in Search mode that's not already programmed and stops to monitor it.
