BCD325P2/BCD996P2: bcd996p2 public safety channels

using freescan and can not get rid of a bunch of public safety channels and i think scanner is scanning them tried reset 2,9 and turn on 100 time andit does nothing ,any help

If using freescan, read the scanner into freescan, then delete what you don't want in freescan, then write back to the scanner.

also i can clear it in freescan and it shows nothing to scan,but i push hold i have a million public safety channels is this ok or is it scanning them anyone know

Turn off the Public Safety Service Search.
