Hi all,

In the process of programming a BCD996p2 with talk groups from the NJICS. I have programmed the NJ state park police and fish and wildlife talk groups but I am picking up all different talk groups when they are not programmed. If anyone has a fix to this that would be awesome!

Sounds like the system is in ID Search mode. Change to ID Scan

the scanner should scroll "id scan" across the screen as the scanner is scanning.

ID Scan, unless you want the behavior you described of receiving every TG.

ID SEARCH, searches for every talkgroup
ID SCAN, then it only scans the ones you saved.

to switch for one to the other, hit the function button and then the scan button.
