Hi Group
I am a newbee to scanning and am at a loss as to how to down load the "talk groups and tags" for this scanner. I am using ARC966 to get the data and so far all I can rec'v on it is the local fire dept. I am so ticked I just want to sell this $600.00 boat anchor. Any help will be more than appreciated.
