BCD996XT WX Alert Programming -1050Hz or FIPS Codes

I have had my BCD996XT for about a month, I tried adding some FIPS codes for my local area using the Freescan software. ;The Weather Alerts seem to activating still on the NWS Alert Tone (1050HZ listening a second receiver) Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong? I can't that I'm impressed with the documention from Uniden in the HTML format, I seem to spend more time jumping from one place to another. A PDF document would be better!

You can't use SAME codes with WX Priority, that triggers only on the 1050 tone. You have to stop scanning and put it in dedicated wx alert mode.
