all the default setttings are for the US States.
For us here (Eastern Ontario) can we program
the OPP (if in fact they use it) mobile extender radios frequency
not that I plan to cruz the 401/417/416 at lightning speed!

would be nice to see it working here

Cannot do.

You can use Anolog Towers - Usually enough around.
Also, you can scan various local agencies as well.
ie. Region of Peel Police, Halton Region etc

Not sure what you are saying - but you cannot reprogram the BearTracker frequencies...

Yes, although not part of the Beartracker frequencies, you can program in the vehicular repeaters and accomplish the same function.

When going through all the States listed, Ontario is there. Does anyone know what frequencies are in there?

I don't know, but are you sure the Ontario listing isn't for Ontario California http://www.ci.ontario.ca.us/index.cfm/2917
