BCT15 EDACS Standard System

I am trying to program South Brunswick PD into my bct15 and they are on a EDACS Standard system. I programed the first frequency into the scanner(866.07500)
and hit enter and the scanner ask me for the LCN what should I enter?

01 for the first LCN / freq. and so on for each freq
