bct15t monitoring of wet side

since sno/king/pierce are all using type 2 smartnet can they be monitored with the bct15t or are they digital ?

a non digital scanner will work fine for Sno and King I am not up to date on pierce county. if it is digital as far as law enforcement goes in this area it well be encrypted and no scanner will help you receive the transmission

Why? Encryption is optional, whether a system is digital or analog.

I know Tacoma has some P25 use, not sure about encryption. Supposedly the gang units are at least digital.
