Before Yellow Tape?

I was in Boston last week and had my SDS-100 scanning its database with zip services. It stopped on this frequency for "Before Yellow Tape". I didn't get to hear much of what was said on it because I had to leave, but was just wondering what this group is or what they talk about on here for my future visits. Anything interesting?
