Trying to get Berlin on dsd fastlane, but not sure what to program as control channel. Or do I just plug in channel I want to listen to?? It's phase 25 digital, but not p2. Thanks in advance

It doesn't use a control channel.

It's just the listed frequency.

No, you can use the Scanlist feature and scan channels if you use FMP24 or FMPA
You should have one or two Scanlist files. use the one for your SDR.
Edit the file and add the channels you want to scan. Should look lik:
154.3400 P25 BW=9.5 DELAY=2 Berlin Fire
854.9875 P25 BW=9.5 DELAY=2 Berlin Police

Click on FMPx window and use the "s" key to start scanning and "esc" to stop.
