Best way to stream from a remote location

So I would like to place a scanner or two at a mountain top repeater site to listen regionally and have the audio passed IP to my pc at home. Is there any of the software out there that could handle multiple scanners ? What would be the best way to do this?
Yes I know about the issues of a radio site .. im just looking for the best high location to hear stuff I cant hear at home.

Have you already solved for other factors aside from actual scanner input? i.e. power and internet connectivity?

With regards to scanner input, I would advocate for an SDR setup over a traditional scanner setup (if that’s a feasible option for you). In my experience, unless your channel load is very light, your likelihood of missing calls etc is noticeably higher without SDR.

Scanner at a tower site would probably overload and also get hammered with intermod.
