I wanted to renew my account and put in my credit card information but it will not accept my credit card. This is a valid working credit card and it won't accept it. I tried this several months ago and even tried another card and it would not accept that card either (one was Visa and the other Master Card). I won't use Paypal because I don't trust it.
I looked to see if I could call in my payment but there is no way to contact you. There is no email or links to address billing issues. Your help link brings me to this forum?
I really want to pay to take advantage of your great site but it is not easy. What shall I do?
