BOULDER - About 50 people were without a home Friday morning because of a fire at their condominium building. The fire broke out at about 2:45 a.m and is still burning.
A Red Cross Disaster Action Team is on the scene, at 2900 Sundance Lane in Boulder, which is near the CU campus. The east side of the complex is a total loss.
Three people suffered smoke inhalation and were taken to Boulder Valley Hospital. Their conditions were not immediately available.
An incident command post has been set up at 28th and Bridgsdale.
