I'm pretty sure that the City of Boulder has their own dispatch frequency now
(since January), different than the "Red" channels that were used for the whole
county up until the change. Anyone have that freq or know what I am talking about? I am not finding it in the DB. Thanks!

Thanks...and it's nice to see that the info is posted now. It's much easier to find on there than digging through a bunch of rants over the forums.

Did anyone ever figure out the Fireground/Tac channel mess?? I noticed it said 158.7525 with a 107.2 pl. Is this still the case? And what about Red 2?

Edit: Never mind, checked the database!!! Also, does anyone know if this new channel is included on BCSO's online feed?? Thanks!

I haven't checked that feed for awhile, but since Fire 1 and Fire 2 aren't BRCC channels they most likely are not going to be on that feed. Those channels belong to the city of boulder.

The BRCC feed is a county one not city, I've been trying to get someone to host a city feed for a few months now because those new NFM channels are silent much outside of cities boundries.

FIRE-1 has the same signal pattern as the PD Blue channel on the primary tower so if you have someone that feeds who can normally hear Blue they should hear FIRE-1. I hear them both at home.

158.7525 is simplex and gets pasted by Loveland Local Govt on 158.745 on non "super" narrowband receivers.

Best scanners for the Job for these channesl are BC-246, 296, 330T, 396, 796 and 996 in NFM mode.

PRO-96 has the proper channel spacing but the audio is quite low on FIRE-1.

RED-2 is still licensed to the city but appears to be unused for the moment.

Phil.
