Bravo channel on viper belp

I heard something on bravo.channel side they turned it into sherffics office whats the bravo channels used for police or.that cost guard or what can someone help

Statewide Events talkgroups may be used by any agency that has a need, typically it is used when multiple agencies are working together.

Wilson nc but we are in tropical storm so not sure if troopers were using it there been cople wrecks and trees on house but not sure if they were talking on it or what im using sds portable

OP post title says VIPER, which would imply North Carolina (the state's thread he posted in), he also said Bravo which is a statewide events talkgroup and mentioned multiple agencies, so that is what I based my response on.
