These poor dispatcher never seen it coming.

Also, The officers that did the "Acting" deserve an Emmy.... Great performance tonight!

Fox now reports that a power employee cut the wrong line, then went back to hook it up and hook it up wrong, sending a power surge down the line which tripped breakers causing the outage.

KCMO following a Car in Kansas

I happened upon this because Overland Park was talking about it on my feed.

Kansas City Missouri is following a car currently at 635 and Shawnee Drive, they have been following for it sounds like quite some time, not currently sure what charges they have but he is driving around in circles in the area of I-35 and Lamar since there is some awful traffic heading northbound on 35 towards Missouri.

KCMO has a helicopter and multiple units following, I don't hear sirens when they talk on the radio so i'm guessing it's not high-speed. It's currently on KCMO Surveillance 2 (1363)

They are now at 119th and Kansas City Road, the helicopter isn't exactly sure what road he's on, Olathe just dispatched ground units to 119th and Ridgeview.

Northbound I-35 from 119th, aparently KCMO has undercovers following now, the helicopter is reporting he has 25mins of fuel left, he is going to have to head back towards KCI soon. Olathe is rolling code 3 to assist. Aparently the suspect has felony warrants, and he now has charges in Johnson County and Olathe. Now he rear-ended a semi truck on I-35 north of 119th and is pulling off on the shoulder. Foot pursuit at I-35 north of 119th he just entered a building, aparently the KCMO detectives are in pursuit but they aren't wearing vests and only one of them is armed.

They are reporting the suspect is in custody in the building at 11042 Strang Line. They still need FD to respond for the accident since the suspects vehicle is smoking very badly at this time. Helicopter pilot is reporting that he lost an ammo pack from his flight suit when he landed in the parking lot, the KCMO officers are looking for it. KCMO is requesting that KHP or Lenexa work the accident at I-35 and 111th.

KHP is enroute to the accident, they will work it. KCMO is going to release the suspect to Lenexa's custody and have him taken to Johnson County jail in Gardner. Olathe is now out on the accident, they are also requesting FD, Dispatch reports they are enroute, the officer asks dispatch to have them step it up.
