Brevard County EDACS

I am just wondering if the Brevard county EDACS system is up and running?
I am going down there for vacation, and i would like to monitor it, i will be in the Palm bay area

i just wasn't sure if the EDACS information was correct, i never seen an EDACS system so big, i can't believe they don't have a P25 system, and i am programming my 396xt and wanted to be sure that it was still correct, is there any encryption being used?

This system in most part is analog. Palm Bay PD uses provoice for their secondary channels such as car-car & specialized TG's. BCSO will use encryption for some of their SWAT ops.
