Could Anyone tell me if Brooke County Sheriffs are still using the 154.845 frequency?

As of 11:48 PM tonight they still are. They've got a damned strong transmitting profile. Certainly you should easily hear them from your location if you just tune them in for 5 minutes. Brooke and Hancock law enforcement agencies are always extremely chatty.
