Brownsville Fire?

Does anyone know if Brownsville FD is encrypted?

I just looked and didn't see anything for them listed on the LRGVRRS page. They have all the public works and some EMS groups, but only one DE Police group and nothing else for Fire anywhere. It could be that there is no one on here monitoring them in the area, or maybe they are encrypted and that's why no one has found them yet. No way to tell unless someone can park on the Brownsville site with their scanner, or analyze traffic from Unitrunker, Pro96Com, or DSD Plus.
