What are the response codes? Level 1, 2 ,3.

New policy due to all the accidents BFD’s drivers have caused. If I remember correctly, level 1 is all units hot, 2 is first due units hot and all else cold, and 3 is everything cold. That might be flipped but I know level 2 is correct.

You sure that 1 is "hot" and not 3? Seems rather silly of them to invert the usual order of the more common Code 1, 2, and 3 levels of response.
