Hey all,

Looking to see if anyone in Camden or Burlington County has monitored the old VHF or UHF township PD side bands and heard some life? Mainly looking for places like Mount Laurel, Cinnaminson, Moorestown, Voorhees, Medford, Waterford or Winslow.

Bridge Commission police use their ancient VHF simplex 151.010 PL127.3 far more than they use the county P2 encrypted system. It was the same way with the old County system. District 49 Burlington Bristol Bridge, District 48 Tacony Palmyra Bridge can talk directly to the bridge operators. They use the encrypted system for car stops.

Wow, I remember Lumberton using that way back in 1990.
154.995 was also licensed to Medford Twp. public works back in the 80's and 90's. There must have been a SNAFU with coordination for that one because they were always interfering with each other. Medford eventually switched to UHF which has since been abandoned, they use cell phones now.

I forgot about that. I just pulled out my old list that I made back then (last updated in 1994) and I had it listed, along with a bunch of stuff that has long since changed.
