Butel Software and Database

Hello everyone.

I have an older BC246T that has not been used for a long timeI am now a premium subscriber.I would like to make this my aircraft scanner.
Butel has the ARC246 software for it and want to program my scanner.I have never used this software,can someone help?
I also have the BC780XLT that I would like to do the same thing.

I have Butel for my 330 but I have not used it in ages (like 6 years) so my offerings on how to use would be very limited though its pretty basic. After you install, you read your scanner first as anything in the scanner gets copied into the software. After that, there is an internet tab and clicking that opens the area to put your radio reference log in and password. Select state, then county and choose conventional or trunked. It displays what it sees in the rr database. Just check the boxes for what you want to import. After import, make any alpha tag changes, set up keys and anything else you might want to change, and write to the scanner

But before you buy, they offer a DEMO DOWNLOAD ARC246 Not sure if its 14 days or 30. And while looking, I saw a pop up saying, "New website: use promo code: UNIDEN for 10% discount ! "

Though I did buy Arc330pro, @ProScan software works with my 330, 436 and 200.

You also mentioned a 780. What sucks is Proscan does not list/support the 246t and Butel does not list/support the 780.
