Having trouble logging into Radio Reference to download system info with the ARC996 software. Installed on 2 different computers, registered, I know my user name and password are correct on RR, however each time I hit the connect button, the info at the bottom of the window goes thru it's connection routine only to quickly state "radio reference disconnected, wait, retrieving HTTP data." wait for quite some time and nothing is happening. One computer is running W7 Ultimate and the othe XP. Getting the same message with both.

Be sure you have the latest version from their website

That did it! Went to the website and downloaded the latest version of the software and it works fine now!! Thanks!

With the ARC 996/396XT software how do you turn on the alert for emergency calls on EDACS systems? I have figured out how to do it manually on both scanners but still haven't found where to do it in the software.
