Noticed the KeyID for the encryption is 1337, or 'leet' in hacker-speak. Someone is quite the joker...

Also the jokers can't be bothered to transmit the proper callsign...

Nothing nefarious or anyone joking around..... Ever think maybe the Key ID was coordinated with Feds and that just happened to be the Key ID Assigned to Butler County?? Thats what was on my spreadsheet when I assigned them and that just happened to be where Butler landed.....
