Butler county p25 frequency still active?

I haven't heard any traffic on the 183.835 p25 frequency for hours which is unusual. I don't think T heard anything yesterday? Thanks!

You mean this one? 183.xxx isn't a valid frequency. RRDB listing says the license expired in 2002, maybe they finally pulled the plug after 20+ years of expiry?

It just started working 3 or 4 years ago but, I guess they must have pulled the plug. For years they used 154.875 conv. But I see it is expired also.

183.835 is within VHF TV channel #8. I suspect you may be receiving an image frequency or having intermod from a nearby transmitter.

My mistake, should have been 158.835. I have been trying manually programming. When I entered Butler county sheriff's information I neglected to put the 6 frequencies in which caused it not to work. It's working fine now since I entered those frequencies. I'm just starting to learn manually programming on Sentinel. Sorry for the false alarm folks. I'm surprised that it is still working since their license expired so long ago. Thanks again folks!
