Butte/ Tehama

I will be traveling to Sacramento, Butte County,Tehama and Glenn County on the 19th of Feb.

Can anyone provide me with some good info for (TIDE) or any of the Task Force type agencys for that area? I use to live in that area listen to them back then. 1980's

Also looking for Ham repeaters for 2M, 220,440 or 900.
