Hello group, I came accross a few ad's on Twowayshopper.com and heard of a fimiliar name. Please see the following link and ad:

sent out a motorola xts model 1 vhf w/speaker mic,2 batteries, and an impress charger. intrade for three radios, never produced them, and said was going to send back and never did. made contact with tom sherman, sent me info on the radio he posted on this message board, and matched the serial number,model number, and freqs in the radio, also sent me pictures of the same radio. as of yester he still had the radio, once i opened a police investigation and told him about it, the radio was sold three days ago,. info on radio motorola xts-3000 model 1 vhf H09KDC9PW5AN / 326AYJ3264 / 100008-000000-0 just a fyi for all who may do business with people. any questions, please feel free to call me. This was not my deal. Somebody else posted that about him on another site. And while searching that site, I saw that ad. So I figured that everyone on here should know about him.

And yes, I am a very trust worthy person, I've delt with many people both on here, and on Batwing Lab's. So I have nothing to hide.

Right here baby...Frank is just mad because his buddy Kevin Tucker tried to rip me off on my XTS, but you know what, it's not happening, it's really not happening, i dont need to sell anything to anyone on this board i am here for the info, so i dont care...we went through this a month ago, so it's getting old...

Maybe someone will email Kevin Tucker and direct him to this page and your screen name here. Either way, if Kevin Tucker has a copy of the codeplug on his computer you'l be screwed, it would be hard to explain how he could have that if you claim he never had the radio. Good luck Tom , looks like you'll need it. Your name comes up over and over on radio forums, I guess all these people are lying.

This thread needs to be deleted.

The "For Sale Feedback Forum" is for leaving feedback on transactions that happened in the "For Sale Forum" of radioreference.com.

Clearly, this one did not.
