CHATFIELD RESERVOIR – A spokesperson for the Littleton Fire Department says a woman in her 30's had to be airlifted after a bike accident on the back side of the dam at Chatfield Reservoir.
It happened around 4:15 p.m. Sunday.
The fire department says the woman was riding with a friend when she lost control, went over her handlebars and landed on her face.
Emergency crews say the woman was having seizures and trouble breathing when they arrived. They airlifted her to Swedish Medical Center.
The bicyclist was wearing a helmet. Her name was not immediately released.
