Cable for XTS 5000

I got the cable for the XTS 5000R and when I connect it, the ASTRO 25 doesn't recognize that there is a radio there. I checked all the ports and everything, even checked the cable, reconnected it, found videos, but nothing was helping.

Any suggestions?

are you sure its for the astro25(5000) series.. The jedi and xts3000 use a different cable with the same connector. When its not correct this is a common error

Problem fixed. Radio was using R20.00.01 and I was using R20.00.00

Make sure your CPS is Astro25 Portable.
