Bloomer 9 has peers 8, 10, 21, 22. No surprises there
Tuscan Buttes 10 has peers 8, 9 and 11. No surprises there
Southfork 11 has peers 10, 42, 43. No surprises there but we don't know site 43 (LCN 1848, 773.55625) I'll start poking around.

Based on the general rule that sites shouldn't have peers that "skip" other peers, in this case every radio leaving Site 11 north will see Site 42 before seeing a potentially 3rd site north closer to Yreka (and while in Weed a few months ago, only 42 was heard) then my guess is 43 would be along the Hwy299 corridor, Oregon or Horse going west, Hachet, Widow or Likely going east. Although depending on the eastern site, it should technically show as a peer with Tuscan Buttes going up the hwy36 or 44 corridor. And if it's Horse, it should show as a peer to the most northern site up the 101 corridor coming out of Sonoma/Mendocino Co.
