It appears nodes require a subscription but the playlists do not require a premium subscription.
Node feeds are only available to the node operator to monitor their stuff. You do not want to monitor node feeds, you will likely miss calls if there are multiple nodes monitoring a talkgroup and the deduping algorithm chooses the one to take for that talkgroup and rejects the others (won't even take the upload)...
I'm not sure why so many are not understanding the concept. Ideally we would have many nodes covering an area to reduce the number of missed calls by providing redundancy/resiliency, "horizontal" scaling, etc.. If you want to listen to Mayberry PD, listen to their talkgroup, not the nodes capturing it. If you want to listen to multiple talkgroups, either create a playlist of everything you want to listen to, or have multiple windows open.
