Cambria County Interops Channels still on their own area's towers?

I just was wondering if Cambria County still has it setup that each group of Ops Channels are setup only in their area?

I mean where South Ops is only on South Towers, North on North Towers etc?

I ask because today in the city, Central Ops 1 seemed to be receiving quite well and it seemed like years ago you never really heard Central Ops Channels in the City except South 3.
