Hello Friends:

Yes is me again, but I'm still having troble with my PRO-92
and or I don't quite get the manual.

Now my question is can you store more than ONE Talk gruop ID in a
Bank MANUALLY ON A pro-92??

fOR Example:

Puerto Rico PD-San Juan Talk groups

Dec Hex Mode Description
48 003 A Dispatch
208 00d A " "
240 00f A Car-to-Car
1008 03f A OPS
1808 07 A OPS

Can I store ID 48,208,240,1008,1808 all in One banck. say, Bank 5 but Manually
and then have the Scanner only listen to thouse ID'S

Any help will be aprisiated :)

Yes, with the Pro-92 you can store up to 100 talkgroup id's in one bank. Each bank has a "list" where you can store that many id's, so you have more than enough room to store the id's you want for your system in one bank. You want to set your bank for "closed" mode so that it will only scan the id's you have programmed in. In manual mode, press FUNC, then the up/down errors to select the bank you want (5 in your case), then press FUNC - 2 to toggle open/closed modes. On your display screen the open/closed mode is shown as a + or - symbol under the bank number. The - means you are in closed mode for that bank.

I think you might have better luck understanding the Pro-92 by using this easier to read manual:

You might also wish to download the Win92 program as it is free and will help you in programming your scanner using your pc, as long as you have a cable to connect your scanner and pc. It can be found at:

Good luck and let us know if you get things working alright.
