Try 458.8625 and 469.2625.
If you have trouble finding them, some stores like mine have switched to Motorola DTR radios on 900 MHz which can't be received with a scanner. I was just in Penticton in July and I don't recall seeing any DTR radios when I was in CT, but a lot can change in a month. TAFL is probably a great place to start as is the low power common frequencies.

Same here , I've heard them using GMRS frequencies in multiple towns and cities in Alberta
So did the ones in Saskatchewan. I'd have to check again to see if they still do. I'll bring along my CC scanner to see what freq they use.
