Cannot Import From RR on Bctool or scannow

It was working fine yesterday but now Bctool and scannow keep telling me my username and password are incorrect yet I can still log in to RR.

Moved to the Scanning Software forum from the Help/Admin/Site Help forum; not a site problem.
