Can't link my scanner

Hi, I am unable to link my scanner to the database.
Is there any way that I can get the information in an excel format or something similar ?
That way I can program the information in manually.
Unless someone can tell me how to hook up a UBC3300XLT directly for download (the software I have does not seem to alow it)

On each page of the database, there is a menu to the left. Click on Reports, and you will see an excel file for download.

Butel's ARC250 (Euro version) may support RadioReference database direct-importing. The ARC250 page states: "Radioreference.com Webservice (requires additional subscription)" as one of it's features, but it doesn't say anything else about it.

The regular ARC250 program is for early US-based digital scanners, there is a separate version for the UBC3300 (there is no info specific to the Euro version, so I assume it has the same interface and features).

The US versions have free demos you can download, but there doesn't appear to be a demo version link anywhere on their site for the UBC3300 version. If you are interested you can contact them and request more info and a demo version that you can sample.
