Can't Pick Up New Repeater

Our county has been preparing to install a repeater for our P25 system for around a year now. There was a licensed radio transmitter already there (WQWL875), and for about 2 weeks back in 2018, I could receive repeated Law Enforcement traffic from the repeater. Since then, it has been silent. I can still receive data from the repeater, but no TGIDs come through. The fire chief has informed me that the repeater is up and working for them. Any ideas on how to figure out how to receive it? I'm using a BCD325P2

It is not encrypted as far as I'm aware

Those appear to be Conventional Repeaters, not Trunked. Did you program them in Conventional or Trunk mode ??

You do have the statewide system programmed in? That appears to be where your county has all of its LE and FD.

It is a digital repeater, and I have all the RR and FCC provided frequencies programmed into my scanner. I can try it using a conventional system, but I doubt it'll work.

Yes, they are licensed for P25, but as conventional, not Trunk
