Hey people

There was a program in the tone out discussion forum, that could determine the cap code by the tone numbers or the tone numbers from the cap codes. Does anyone know what happened to it

No that didn't help me at all. I need to know how to determine cap codes from a given tone. There was a program, (not an internet page) that could do that for you.
