This is the Fairfield Inn off of Del Prado Blvd. / Pine Island Rd. Looking for their frequencies if any one knows. Also need the TGIDs, color codes, slots, etc. Will be staying there later this year and want to listen in. Thanks all.

I do not see anything in the FCC database that is specific to that property. However, many times, the license is under a corporate or LLC name that doesn't have "fairfield" in the name. Best bet? Use Close Call if you have it. Otherwise, when you check in, there will be a sign at the front desk with the name of the operator of the Hotel - Something like "XYZ Hospitality, LCC" - use that name and go to this page and do a search:

there is probably a 50/50 chance they are in the database - many of these hotels are using unlicensed frequencies.

He can also get the Lat/Long from Google Earth and do a GeoSearch on the FCC search page with a very small circumference around the location to see if anything shows up.

I just ran that on the location he provided, within one mile of that hotel, there are only two licenses.

1. Spitfire Communications (not at the hotel location)
2. Pollo Tropical Restaurant

The hotel is owned by Continental Properties, but I am not sure if they would also be the operator as well.

An FCC Database search yielded two expired results for CP but neither were for this hotel.

Is it possible that the license would be addressed to the headquarters of the owner and/or operator and not the physical site itself?
