so is Capitol Police on both the Richmond regional TRS as well as STARS?

I've also been hearing radio tests on their old VHF repeater freq...

i've confirmed with one of the stars admins that they are indeed on both. The STARS ports are 700/800mhz. 800mhz to talk on metro trs, and 700 mhz to talk back to vehicle repeater for stars.
