Unless something changed in the last two years CCSO and EPD have their own primary talkgroups. The remainder or the PDS share are talkgroup called "Towns".

Pretty certain 4738 is the Sheriff's Department. Also 4746 is MSP Barrack F.
OK, Thanks.
I think 4746 is a simulcast of First Responders TG 7303 Barrack F North East..
and may also be heard on State Police 39.840000, I'll keep listening..
I wonder if there is a Cecil Co System equivalent for State Police 39.24000 Barrack M JFK TG's 7304 & TAC 7308 also on First Responders
OK guys I'm willing to capture the IDs listed as 'UIDs' in message 43 and put them in the wiki - however, about 10 messages down, they're listed as Radio IDs (RIDs)'
Which is it? They're not the same thing...Mike
Any chance you would share the Profile you made to scan Cecil? I have tried with no luck. I already have the upgrade installed.
True. In EDACS they are called LIDs (Logical ID) however the standard particularly in light of P25 should be RID.By proper terminology they should be Radio IDs. Unit IDs refer to the user/unit operating the transceiver, and Radio IDs should refer to the unique numeric identifier for the transceiver itself. Maintaining good practices like that reduces a whole lot of confusion.

To avoid confusion, in the RR Wiki, the digital IDs, whether called RID/UID/LID, etc. are in the "...RID/UIDs" categories. IDs that are spoken over-the-air are in the "...Station IDs" categories.
Hope this helps,
In Sentinel they are Unit ID's. In ARC536 they are called UID's. In Win500 they are called ARID's.
They are the ID's displayed when a specific radio is in use. Just a mistype between the posts.
Hope that answers your question.
If your willing to wait on doing that a couple of days; I will post a more precise list.
If they will continue with that plan in light of the Uniden PV option remains to be seen as the development took system owners by surprise.
