Center Point Fire "Feedback" ??

Anyone hearing this strange "digital feedback" on CPFD 151.16MHZ? I have not been around much the last few days to listen for a long setting of time but when I do listen to it I hear this "noise" every once in a while and when it happens it happens for about 2 seconds long every 10 seconds over a half min period. I knew that they were testing new radios a few weeks ago but as far as I know they will continue using the same radio system for some time. One of the Batt Chiefs I talked to said they wont be going digital for a long time as they are not big fans of it.

I noticed the same thing, sounds like a data packet. Could be AVL or CAD?
