Central State Hospital PD

I was given the following:

TX 154.280 (State Fire Mutual Aid?)
RX 154.860
PL 192.8

Certainly this is not correct??? I was told that since CSH no longer has a FD, they are using the old FD freq as the repeater imput for their PD. Can anyone verify this? Thanks!

Looking at their FCC license for WNIR303, it looks like 159.090 is the repeater output with either 154.860 or 154.890 (most likely) as the input. Hope that helps.
