changing banks on the pro-94

I know this must sound really incompetent on my part, but I cant change from bank B to bank A on my pro-94. I've been using the wiki and the pro-94 manual.it says hold down the Hold A/B button for a few seconds to change banks. this does noy work, I tried pressing MAN first or PGM first and then HOLD A/B but this doesnt work either....any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong or is my scanner broke?

yeah, you have to hold down the HOLD button on the scanner while it is scanning, and im pretty sure it cannot be in trunk mode while you are doing it. and you do need to hold it down for a couple of seconds.
